Do you work with private customers?
Yes but only for shipments equal or larger than 1 pallet place (dimensions 1.2×0.8m and height over 1m).
You can contact us in case you are moving to and from Bulgaria and wish to transport your valuable items and furniture.
Do you have vehicles of your own?
Yes. We have our own 13.60 m trucks for international transport, including ADR goods. For local deliveries we have our own small trucks with 8 and 10 pallet places equipped with trolleys.
Apart of that, we have a large number of approved subcontractors, so we are always able be at your disposal at the right place and time. To ensure your shipment’s securiry, we always pre-advise truck number, or the subcontractor for courier shipments.
Do you have warehousing and logistic services?
Yes. In Sofia we operate a 1500 pallet warehouse where you can either store your goods or entirely shift your logistics to us.
Our advanced warehousing system allows real-time access to information about your stock as well as about the status of shipments you have ordered us to form for you.
For e-shops, we have a solution that allows integration between your platform, our warehouse and delivery courier system.
In addition, we provide labeling, quality control, additional stock storage, promotional packs assembling, etc.
Do you have special transport vehicles (temperature controlled and oversized cargo vehicles)?
We don’t have our own special transport vehicles but we have solid experience in these kinds of transportation too. For example, we have shipped a 20-meter gig from Germany to Bulgaria, a 67-ton excavator from Bulgaria to Morocco, tulips from the Netherlands directly to stores in Bulgaria. Contact us – we will find a solution for you.
Do you perform door-to-door deliveries with fixed time-terms?
Yes. For this purpose, we use 1.5 tonn vans to and from all parts of Europe.
Do you have partner networks in Europe?
Yes. We have partners in Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, Romania, Greece, Austria and Scandinavian countries.
Do you work with fixed tariffs?
Our goal is to serve you best. Therefore, for each shipment we suggest individual service, solution and quotation depending on the specific requirements and expectations of our clients.
