As an EU member, Bulgaria has provided favourable conditions for automotive industries. A number of world famous producers of auto parts and components are in the sector. At the end of 2019, there were 250 companies in Bulgaria connected to this industry with 65 thousand employees, and the automotive industry’s turnover is BGN 10 billions. Main part of the production is for EU countries, but also for other countries with automotive productions.
